Elham AlkhalilI am a language teacher at Grenoble Ecole de Management and a PhD candidate at Grenoble Alpes University. My research focuses on the impact of telecollaboration on the development of teachers' competencies. Through a longitudinal study using pre-, mid-, and post-project questionnaires, I analyze the evolution of intercultural, techno-pedagogical, and self-efficacy skills among in-service teachers.With a background in instructional design, I have worked on various academic projects. I am particularly interested in how digital tools and international virtual exchanges contribute to professional development and pedagogical innovation. | |
